How can I make a payment with Paypal?

When you choose PayPal to pay, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

How can I make a payment with Wire Transfer?

When you pay via Wire transfer on our website, you will get our bank details and then please go to your local bank to complete your order payment.

Note: Please tell us after you pay the wire transfer with your order number, the amount paid, the transaction number and the exact date you made the wire transfer.

What’s iDeal?

iDEAL is an e-commerce payment system used in the Netherlands, based on online banking, this payment method allows customers to buy on the Internet using direct online transfers from their bank account.

How can I make a payment with Mercado Pago?

At present, Mercado Pago is available for Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil (called dLocal) on Boka Mall.

Please follow these steps for making a payment with Mercado Pago:
1. Place order and visit checkout page;
2. Select Mercado Pago as your payment method;

3. You will be redirected to Mercado Pago website, where you can choose corresponding method to transfer your money;
(1). If you choose credit card or debit card, you will be asked to fill out a brief form to confirm your payment;
(2). If you choose OXXO, please take the receipt to your nearest OXXO within 72 hours;
(3). If you choose bank transfer, you will be redirected to your bank website and you may respond accordingly;
(4). If you choose bank deposit, please take the receipt to your bank, officer will help you to complete the payment or you may complete it on an ATM by yourself;
(5). If you choose Mercado Pago Wallet, you may use the balance to complete your payment.

Please be advised to complete the payment within 48 hours after choosing MP as the method or payment failure might be occurred.

Tip:
1. Please pay your orders within 48 hours when choosing Mercado Pago, otherwise your payment might fail.
2. Different payment options have different limitations. Please make sure that the price of the orders does not exceed the limitations of at least two options. Mercado Pago will appear at the checkout page only if at least two of the options are available.

How can I pay in my local currency?

All product prices and shipping costs on DX are quoted in US Dollars (US $).
However, the British Pounds (GBP£), Euro (EUR €), Canadian Dollar (C $), Australian Dollar (AU $), Mexican Peso (MXN Mex.$), Brazilian Real (R$ BRL) and Argentina Peso (ARS) are also accepted when you pay by credit/debit card.

When you pay by credit card, your transaction automatically gets converted into one of the following currencies: US Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Mexican Peso, Brazilian Real and Argentina Peso.

When you make a payment with Boleto (available in Brazil only), usually Ebanx or your bank converts the transaction for you.

If your bank converts the transaction, usually a conversion fee is charged. Please consult your bank for more details.
